Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at the Healthyworld store in Coomera. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess strong leadership skills, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to promote health and wellness initiatives within the community.
• Stay informed about industry trends, advancements in pharmaceuticals, and changes in regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution with minimum 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including dispensing protocols, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of coaching and developing pharmacy staff.
