As they continue to grow, they are looking for additional Community OTs where you’ll be allocated a caseload in your catchment area with flexibility to work across community, from home, and their office. There is also flexibility around caseloads and if you have preferences for aged care / home care packages, or NDIS. Key areas of the role are:Working closely with participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goalsConducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendationsWorking collaboratively with other clinicians (Physio + Speech) to provide holistic care plansParticipating in individual and group wide professional development initiativesThere are great opportunities to further develop your career as this service continues to grow across the region and further in to the state. The successful candidate will haveCurrent registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rightsA minimum of 6-12 months post graduate experience Strong passion for working with either NDIS or home care package participants (or both!)Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $75k-$90k + super + bonus + company car or vehicle reimbursement.
