The Specialist Outpatient Department are looking for a Clinical Nurse to provide patient services across a variety of specialty clinics including the Eight Miles Plains Satellite Hospital, Logan Urgent and Specialist Care Centre & Logan Endocrine and Diabetes Service.

About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse provides advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of Specialist Outpatient Department patients/residents/clients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met. This role works autonomously within the healthcare team structure and is pivotal in the planning, managing, and delivering outpatient specialist nursing care. 

This role may be required to also work at any of the satellite sites which are an extension of the Specialist Outpatient Department located at Logan Hospital.
