We’re offering a competitive salary of $6,000 to $8,000 a month for our next Business Operations Specialist!

We're looking for that awesome someone who's super organized, detail-oriented, and has a great ear for communication. You'll be in charge of all the operational stuff related to projects, working with clients to make sure everyone's on the same page, and making sure deadlines are met so projects get done right.

You will be responsible for working with multidisciplinary teams to make sure everything runs smoothly. You need to apply operational processes across all the different departments such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Technology.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keep track of daily operations, track performance, and make recommendations for improvement when needed

  • Order and manage supplies and inventory, coordinate with accounting & finance departments to stay within budget

  • Develop procedures & protocols (e.g. checklists) to be distributed to personnel

  • Communicate & coordinate with staff (executive operations team) & vendors

  • Train & onboard new staff to ensure compliance with SOP

  • Develop and implement department wide quality controls

  • Recommend new procedures to improve daily operations

  • Communicate with operations manager & staff members & vendors to ensure compliance with protocols at key touchpoints

  • Help the operations manager with development, planning and coordination

  • Ensure operations are in compliance with local & national regulations

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field, such as accounting, finance, or management

  • Proven work experience as a business operations specialist or a similar role

  • Proficiency with common office software systems such as Excel

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
