About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide professional and operational leadership to the nursing personnel across Ambulatory Outpatient Services, to facilitate the delivery of a culturally responsive, consumer/person focused health care service that meets the needs of Ambulatory Outpatient Services, whilst enacting directions, priorities to achieve defined outcomes, targets and key performance indicators. This role undertakes enhanced relationship management through collaboration with the interprofessional team, internal and external stakeholders and partners to improve health outcomes across Ambulatory Outpatient Services.
