As an RN CVOR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in the cardiovascular operating room. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:- Perform pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective procedures- Monitor patient vital signs and provide appropriate interventions as needed- Administer medications and assist with anesthesia administration- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and equipment for surgical procedures- Provide patient and family education on post-operative care and recovery- Document all patient care accurately and thoroughly- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols- Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment- Participate in on-call rotation as neededQualifications:- Active RN license in the state of New Mexico- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a CVOR setting- BLS and ACLS certifications- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays- Willingness to travel as neededWe offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
