About the position
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our client's mission, utilising your expertise to inspire and empower individuals in their recovery journey. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of cases, enabling innovation and the development of impactful support pathways within a supportive and driven environment. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, devising and implementing effective rehabilitation and recovery strategies, and ensuring a seamless return to work process, whether within the same or a new employer.
Key RequirementsQualifications and relevant professional registration in Exercise Physiology & Occupational Therapy.Preferably 6+ months of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.Ability to travel as required (current vehicle and driver's license compulsory).Exceptional communication skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement.Highly organised with proficient time management skills.On offerSalary ranging from $85,000 - $130,000 + SuperThe flexibility to define your work location and hours, promoting a healthy work-life balance.Attractive quarterly bonuses reflecting your performance and commitment to quality.Opportunities for tailored professional development and career progression.5 weeks of annual leave after 1 year of consecutive employment, with 4 weeks in the first year.A suite of additional benefits including monthly social events, salary packaging options (e.g., novated leasing), paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program, and the option to purchase additional annual leave.Interested in this position?
