This permanent part-time Monday to Thursday, 4 days per weekrole ofLevel 1/2 Exercise Physiologist is to ensure a high standard of Exercise Physiology service is provided to patients of the Hospital, along with appropriate support and advice to their carers. The Exercise Physiologist will participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a patient-centred, evidence-based, continuous quality improvement work environment that is consistent with the values and ethics of HammondCare and Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).

• A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology and accreditation with ESSA
• Experience in providing Exercise Physiology Services in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated organisation and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
