About the role

Theatres at Healesville are a dynamic and supportive environment built on a culture of teamwork. Surgical specialities at Healesville include General, Gynaecology, Surgical Endoscopy and Gastroenterology

The NUM portfolio will include management the Surgical Admissions, Operating Suite and Post Acute Care within a day surgery setting - including Nursing, Instrument and Theatre Technicians. Working closely with the Perioperative Service Manager to provide high standards within the Perioperative Environment, Quality and Safety, Planned Access and Financial responsibilities.

About you

To be successful in this role you should possess:

• Current registration with AHPRA 
• A minimum of 5 years’ Perioperative experience
• A minimum of 1 years Perioperative ANUM experience
• Post Graduate qualifications with the Perioperative Environment will be highly regarded
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
