This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist to step into a team leader position within a small team that has a holistic focus on client care. 
Full-time and part-time options are available, as well as flexible working arrangements and the capacity to work from home. 
In this role, your main focus will be using your expertise to help guide junior & early to mid-career-level occupational therapists while managing a reduced caseload. The caseload will be across the lifespan and based in the community with the option to see clients in the state-of-the-art clinic as well, loaded with cutting-edge resources to improve your service. 
The Role
  • Located in Marrara NT 
  • Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists providing high-quality services to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of complex needs
  • Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure client-focused care, optimising outcomes for individuals with neurological and physical disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Oversee the execution of functional and psycho-social assessments, home modifications, and the prescription and maintenance of supportive equipment
  • Drive strategic development of systems, manage partnerships with other services, and assist in the development of therapy resources and educational material
  • Take a hands-on approach in complex case management, demonstrating high standards of clinical service and expertise

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full APHRA registration 
  • Working With Children Check 
  • National Police Check 
  • Driver's license and own car
