The Role:
Provide high quality evidence based clinical care within the designated scope of practice
Lead and manage junior medical staff to achieve optimum outcomes
Ensure patient flow is managed in a predictable manner
Maintain high performance in least restrictive care
Requirements: You must hold the FRANZCP
