The Role: The successful candidate will lead the multidisciplinary team to provide advanced obstetrics and gynaecology services to patients whilst promoting patient safety and quality of care. You will provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education, where relevant, for Doctors in Training (DiT’s), health service medical practitioners and other health workers.
With the Head of Department and other Consultants, you will work together to achieve Health Service performance standards and targets.
Part-time work is also an option and can be negotiated
$344,923 - $446,411 base salary incl super per annum, pro rata for part time
The Requirements: To be suitable for this role you will need to meet one of the following criteria:
Hold the FRANZCOG
Have completed your full specialist training in a comparable country
Have had your specialist training assessed by RANZCOG and have been found to be comparable
