About us:

The Communications and Engagement team is a small but talented team, responsible for the development and delivery of key communication and engagement strategies and activities that align with Central Queensland (CQ) Health's strategic direction.

About the role:

As Senior Marketing Officer, you will proactively contribute to strategies that will enable the health service's reputation and capacity to be maintained and enhanced through effective marketing, communication and engagement with our stakeholders, consumers and community. This role provides strategic marketing, brand and engagement advice and support to the Manager Communication and Engagement. You will also provide expert guidance to the Communication and Engagement team and internal stakeholders to ensure that CQ Health's strategic objectives are met.

About you:

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate proven experience in marketing, communication, digital media, talent acquisition or similar roles.

  • Proven ability in developing and executing marketing campaigns that leverage brand strengths and unique selling points to set the brand apart from its competitors.
  • Demonstrated ability using market research and customer insights to guide marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and originality in conceptualising campaign ideas that align with brand and strategic objectives.

What we offer:

Salary information:

Total remuneration value of up to $144,003 p.a. is comprised of:

  • A hourly rate between $59.42 - $63.65 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
