This role is an ideal opportunity to develop an interest in oral surgery but our other development choices include dental education, special care, paediatrics, restorative care, endodontics, quality improvement (QI) and clinical leadership. Smile Together offers a comprehensive package which can be tailored to meet your professional aspirations. Our roles combine clinical work with career development and can be full or part time. Formally allocated development sessions are co-produced with our Clinical Leadership Team. As a community interest company owned by its employees, we are commissioned to provide routine dental care, urgent care, special care and paediatric dentistry alongside orthodontics, oral surgery and outreach services.
