As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with our team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.Key Responsibilities:This role involves being a medical provider responsible for conducting consultations with patients, checking on patients, and confirming patient identification for accuracy and security.1. Conducting consultations with patients 2. Checking on patient well-being and addressing concerns if any 3. Confirming patient identification for accuracy and security4. Ensuring accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions5. Recording patient feedback and any relevant medical information6. Patient ChartingQualifications:- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a primary care or family practice setting- Clinical and diagnostic skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team- Proficient in electronic medical records and computer skills- BLS and ACLS certification- Ability to work part-time, onsite in Chicago at 11401 S. Oakley Ave. Chicago, IL 60643- The days of work would be Tuesdays and Wednesdays to start with.
