Address pain management as an integral part of the patient care process. Handle patient feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring a positive patient experience.Assessment, Care Planning, and Goal Setting: Evaluate new patients and create individualized care plans to address their specific needs. Administer therapy to patients and establish measurable, functional objectives to track progress. Patient Education and Process Monitoring: Educate patients on available treatment options and provide guidance on home exercises for enhanced recovery. Oversee aides and diligently monitor patient advancements and setbacks.Documentation and Productivity: Maintain timely and precise documentation of patient records. Attain a reasonable level of productivity while maintaining high standards of care.Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest research and techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
