About the jobJob Title: Specialist, Global Clinical SolutionsCareer Level - CIntroduction to Role:Join the Global Clinical Solutions (GCS) team at AstraZeneca, where we drive the delivery of services and technology for our internal and external stakeholders. As a Specialist, you will ensure the population and availability of complete, high-quality data from clinical operations processes/procedures and systems. You will also deliver trainings related to system procedures and/or processes and participate in the coordination of the life cycle management of processes and systems/tools. This role is an opportunity to contribute to functional and regional initiatives and be part of improvement projects.Accountabilities:As a GCS Specialist, you will deliver GCS services, set up and maintain systems/tools and data associated with projects, services, and technology in partnership with Study Teams and external partners. You will support life cycle management and business continuity for operational processes/procedures, systems/tools, standards, procedural documentation, and training materials. You will also perform analyses of processes and tools to define business usage and identify opportunities to improve efficiency/effectiveness of systems/methods/processes.Essential Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree or other equal education Proven organizational and analytical skills Proven ability to multitask, time management and task-oriented performance Previous administrative training/experience Computer proficiency Can create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English Strong communication skills Exhibit of AZ Values and BehavioursDesirable Skills University degree in biological science or health care related field A good understanding of the clinical study process Programming experience or programming aptitude Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the environment of clinical study delivery/clinical development processes Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical study processes and associated government regulations, ICH GCP Shown willingness and ability to train others on study support processes and procedures Demonstrate the ability to proactively identify risks and issues as well as possible solutions GxP trainedPlease use the below link for job application and quicker response.https://lifelancer.com/jobs/view/b30d177b8f732490a3f891cfc5dc3c32
