Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Clinical Director. We are driven to develop a strong culture team delivering excellent veterinary care and customer service to the Western Melbourne region.
Responsibilities
As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in providing overall leadership and direction for the clinical operation of Greencross Vet Hospital. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership and Oversight: Assume oversight of integrated systems, processes, leadership, and culture to ensure the delivery of a safe, effective, accountable, and patient-centered service.
  • Collaborative Veterinary Care: Build and foster a collaborative veterinary hospital environment, working closely with the University of Melbourne team and students to provide excellent patient care and valuable student learning opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, patient care, and educational experiences.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Victorian registered veterinarian.
  • Membership or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
