Having a positive impact on a small & expanding organisation Flat structure with continual learning & progression A flexible & collaborative culture, regular social events The Benefits: Above market salary package of $85-110K + Super Fantastic bonus scheme based on holistic assessment of your performance, following probation Independent & flexible role working from your home office Professional development up to $2000/year - customised & in line with your role Full-time or part-time (3-4 days/week) Progress your career in Workplace Health with an organisation that values your development Smartphone & laptop Travel allowance All business expenses The Role: Proactively manage a moderately-sized caseload of Workplace Health clients Focus on quality & achieving outcomes Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations & Ergonomic Assessments Attend case conferences & liaise with stakeholders to facilitate RTW outcomes Build great relationships & generate repeat referrals Opportunity to provide inhouse RTW services for employer customers Assist with training & coaching of other Consultants & progress to a leadership role as the team grows (if of interest) The Ideal Candidate: AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist; or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist (& eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA) 1-2 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience A confident communicator, you excel in developing relationships with all stakeholders Comfortable working independently & in a growing team Energetic & positive, you enjoy making a difference to the lives of others Driver's licence & car Interest from Psychologists & Rehabilitation Counsellors is also welcome.
