About the role We are Seeking a dynamic Occupational Therapist who is interested in further developing their leadership and management skills to grow and develop the Speech Pathology discipline. In this role, you will: Lead by example role modelling a small caseload of clients providing evidence based psychological services in the community. Meet with individual team members weekly face to face to support them to achieve their full potential for themselves and their clients. Facilitate team meetings, analyses performance and compliance reports and develops actions. Creates, promotes and enhances Humanity Health Group organisational values, culture and HumanityLIFE. About You You are a registered Occupational Therapist with leadership qualities whom we will support and train into leadership. Or a registered Occupational Therapist with experience in management Are passionate about empowering and motivating clients and health professionals to be their best. No seriously! You are a good coach and like finding ways to bring teams together to get the best result. A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients High levels of verbal and written communication skills A satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent) Working with vulnerable people check (or state equivalent) A valid Australian Drivers License and access to own vehicle What we offer We reward high performers and those who come on the journey to help us implement positive change.
