About you: 

You have highly developed and demonstrated written communication skills including the ability to research, write, and edit promotional material and social media posts and verbal communication skills including consultation and interpersonal skills and experience suited to dealing with a wide range of internal and external clients. You have experience in communications and engagement including the ability to provide advice and guidance on how to best engage with specific target group/s and excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise to effectively manage activities using project management methodology whilst remaining flexible to adjust to changes.

Your opportunity: 

The purpose of this position is to support the development, maintenance, and delivery of high-quality communications activities for the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project across the CHHHS. Uses knowledge of digital health systems (inc. functions, capabilities, limitations, supporting technologies, etc) to provide both internal and external stakeholders with change support and communications.

Your role: 

  • Support the implementation of the ieMR Hub and Spoke Project communication and engagement plan.
  • Produce innovative and creative communication solutions that demonstrate creativity in the design and execution of communication activities while also ensuring adherence to corporate style and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the team's management and delivery of communication channels, including events, media, social media, the intranet and other organisation-wide tools and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure all communication materials are high quality, accurate and consistent, and appropriately tailored to the audience and/or event.
  • Contribute to the development of communication plans, establish tasks, and implement project deliverables ensuring the successful implementation and measurement of communication projects and campaigns within agreed timeframes.
