JOB DETAILS:
In this position you will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders / customers of Queensland Health. Providing leadership and high-level pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

• Rural Queensland setting - generous relocation package available for eligible candidates 
• Permanent HP4 contract
• Salary from $124,000 - $134,000 
• Career training and development 

• Degree in Pharmacology
• QLD Health experience
• ieMR experience
• Relevant licensing & registration with AHPRA
• Police check (within the past 6 months)
• Working with Children Check (blue card)
• Driver’s Licence
• Evidence of relevant qualifications
• Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
• Full working rights in Australia
