Our client is a distinguished private practice that delivers clinic-based and mobile therapy services across Melbourne and its surrounding suburbs. With a highly knowledgeable and supportive team comprising Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists, they focus on providing goal-oriented therapy aimed at achieving real-life outcomes for both private and NDIS-funded clients.

About the role:
This role is designed for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is ready to take their career to the next level by stepping into a fulfilling and exciting leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in supervising and mentoring junior staff members. Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload with 15-20 billable hours per week, primarily NDIS paediatric and adult clients, and executing management tasks to support the growing team of Speech Pathologists.

Requirements/Skills

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• 5+ years relevant postgraduate experience
• SPA membership
• Drivers license and vehicle
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
