Clinical Lead, LPN, (Specialized Community Services, Winnipeg/Portage la Prairie)
With the support of experienced colleagues and nursing leaders, at CBI Health you will be empowered to play a pivotal role to assist individuals live their best lives in a variety of community settings.
The Specialized Community Services segment in Winnipeg/Portage la Prairie is searching for a full -time LPN with experienceworking with individuals with mental health diagnosis, intellectual disabilities, developmental delay, physical challenges and complex medical needs to join our Clinical Team. Every day will be different! You may be required to perform a variety of clinical skills or delegations such as wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, tube feeding and medication administration, as well as health teaching.
