An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Nurse to work within the Aberdeenshire (central) Community Mental Health Team within the Older Adult Service based at Inverurie Hospital and with the Aberdeenshire Health & Social Care Partnership. The post is based in Central Aberdeenshire providing care for individuals who have been referred from GP Practices in the very large but beautiful catchment area.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled practitioner who has sound assessment skills, ability to work as part of a team with good communication, be able to work independently and experience of multi-agency working. You should preferably have experience working with older adults.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of the Team & Deputy Team Leader. You should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse and a car driver/owner.

An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates
