Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring residents' health, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a supportive and comfortable environment for residents. What we are looking for
Registered Nurse -For a residential Aged Care Facility
Experience in Aged care is desirable, but not required.
Availability to cover various shifts.
Dedicated, reliable, hardworking individuals to hit the ground running.
Excellent communicator and teamwork skills
Compassionate, caring and empathetic
General Responsibilities
Resident care and emotional support
Effective pain management plan
Delivery of premium resident focused clinical care.
Collaborate with doctors to create individual care plans.
Practice OHS
Develop strong relationships with residents.
Monitoring resident's symptoms and communicate to Practice OHS their doctors.
Requirements
Valid working rights
AHPRA registration – Registered Nurse
National Police Check (within the last six months)
Working with Vulnerable People registration - NDIS endorsement.
Sufficient vaccination evidence or medical practitioner approved exemption, as per our current vaccination policy requirements, such as annual influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations.
Ability to working at a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
