The role  
As the Senior Analyst Performance Reporting, you hold a critical position in maintaining service quality standards and health and safety policies while delivering comprehensive oral health service reports. Your responsibilities extend to producing regular performance reports and aiding management decision-making through insightful analysis. You play a key role in identifying opportunities to streamline operational data handling, expand reporting capabilities, and optimize business intelligence processes. Additionally, you lead small projects, provide specialized advice, and conduct thorough data analysis to present meaningful insights through visualizations and reports.

Your role encompasses periodic review of reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with emerging requirements, and providing training to stakeholders on report and dashboard utilization. Furthermore, you play a pivotal role in investigating complex business situations, conducting root cause analysis, and making recommendations for process improvements. Through your engagement with operational stakeholders and proactive approach to data analysis, you contribute to driving continuous improvement in organizational practices and standards.

The successful person
To excel in this position, advanced Excel skills are essential, encompassing the use of formulas, pivot tables, and other functions to manipulate and merge datasets. Additionally, expertise in data analysis using statistical software like R or STATA, online reporting tools such as QHERS, and business intelligence platforms like PowerBI is required.

Moreover, the role demands proficiency in data extraction using programming languages like SQL and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data effectively through visualizations, reports, and presentations are also necessary attributes for success in this role.
