At ESA we provide Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology and Early Intervention services to support children and young people in the development of their play, communication, self-care, and learning skills.  The opportunity:

  • Join a multi-disciplinary team providing therapy with a diverse paediatric caseload – every day is something new and different;
  • Work with four clients per day - have more time to spend with your clients and the freedom to follow up, communicate and collaborate on everything needed to achieve their goals;
  • Provide evidence-based assessment and therapy including a variety assessments and therapy modalities, liaising with families, teachers, professionals and support staff;

What do you need to join?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and full, current AHPRA registration;
  • A passion for paediatrics – with or without experience;
  • We welcome applicants who are new grads, early career or experienced therapists;
  • A desire to work in a multi-disciplinary environment with other allied health professionals such as Speech Therapists and Psychologists;
  • Compliance – AHPRA Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training
  • Driver’s License & Vehicle for work.
