About the Role

• Provide reception and office administration support to customers and staff to facilitate the operation of the QTB, referring clinical enquiries to suitably qualified staff member.
• Provide administration support to health professional staff by completing data entry, filing, generating correspondence and other tissue banking related activities.
• Prioritise and process incoming allograft orders for delivery to public and private facilities intrastate, interstate, and internationally while adhering to strict deadlines necessary for transport in cooperation with Production and Donation staff. This includes tasks such as registering recipients, creating recipient files, generating correspondence, dispatching of allograft and recording allograft usage.
