Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSWLocation: Honolulu, HI, USEmployment Type: PermanentWork Schedule: Onsite | Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days from home)Salary: USD $95,451 $95,451 / yrJob Description:$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Eligible Position!Work from home hybrid work schedule!Job Summary:The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide ambulatory behavioral health services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic intervention for individuals, families, groups, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs.Essential Responsibilities:Assist with administration, development, implementation, and evaluation of social work programs and policies.Conduct social work consultation and perform clinical diagnosis or psychotherapy.Provide psychotherapy and counseling, utilizing evidence-based interventions and modalities such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, and family therapy.Interview members, evaluate psychological and mental status, diagnose patients using the latest DSM, and determine appropriate interventions for crisis, at-risk, or suicidal/homicidal members.Assess urgent or high-risk clinical situations, coordinate referrals, assist with admissions to hospitals or specialized facilities, and provide case management, coordination, and monitoring of social work service plans.Assess treatment and prevention of psychosocial dysfunction, disability, or impairment, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop social work service plans.Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team members, maintain high clinical expertise, and utilize best practices in delivery of behavioral health services.Maintain clinical records, participate in clinical team meetings, departmental planning, and quality management activities.Assess patients in Emergency Departments on an after-hours and as-needed basis.Perform other clinical duties as assigned.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications:Master's Degree in social work from an accredited college or university.Passing score on the clinical level national board examination.Supervised clinical social work training, as required by Hawaii Revised Statues (HRS) 467E-7.Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii).Basic Life Support certification required at hire from American Heart Association.National Provider Identifier required at hire.Additional Requirements:Experience in providing evidence-based treatment including individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and/or partial hospitalization programs for children and/or adults, including those with serious/chronic mental illness.Experience in writing treatment plans.Knowledge and experience in conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations using the latest DSM.Demonstrated knowledge and skill in adaptability, change management, conflict resolution, decision making, group process facilitation, influence, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem-solving, quality management, teamwork, and written communication.Taxonomy code required at the time of hire.Successful completion of credentialing process upon hire.Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated knowledge and skill in documentation according to national accreditation guidelines.Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting.Experience in providing services to patients with addictions issues.Experience in providing Consultation/liaison Services to emergency departments.
