About the role

A great leadership opportunity for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager - After Hours Coordinator to join our dynamic team at the Port Pirie Regional Health Service. 

The Associate Nurse Unit Manager role supports the Nursing/Midwifery Nurse/Midwife Unit Manager in an After Hours capacity, ensuring the continuity of person centred care, clinical nursing/midwifery care and individual case management to patients/clients of the unit.

Responsibilities may include performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation and attendance management, financial and supplies planning and monitoring.

Eligibility

Applicants must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate with at least 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.

This is a multiple positions available part time vacancy, working hours per fortnight to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
