The Opportunity  
The purpose of the Injury Management Advisor is to lead the effective development, coordination and delivery of  person-centred employee rehabilitation and recover at work programs. 

The role is responsible for enabling safe and sustainable rehabilitation and recovery outcomes for work and non-work-related injuries/health conditions to reduce workplace injury costs and return to work timeframes.

  • Salary rates between $37.68 - $41.90 p.h. (AO3)

Employment Term

  • Permanent part-time, 48 hours per fortnight.

Role requirements   

  • Previous Executive Support/Personal Assistant experience is highly desirable.

The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:

  • Proven ability to provide a high level of executive and administrative support in a demanding and changing environment, excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels using tact and confidentiality and the ability to function as a member of a team.
  • Proven knowledge and ability in computer competencies and experience with various IT systems, to effectively draft and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing notes to support the achievement of business requirements.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong work ethics, with a proven ability to work effectively, autonomously and provide ethical decision making in the achievement of department and organisational goals and to meet deadlines and established work priorities.
  • Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of policies and guidelines relating to Recruitment & Human Resources procedures.
