Your opportunity

This position will work in the Healthy Communities Team  which aims to support consumers to better manage their nutrition while implementing positive healthy lifestyle behaviour change strategies for continued self-management. You will be required to provide generalist nutrition and dietetic clinical services to a broad range of clients across the age continuum (which include screening, assessment, intervention and evaluation) in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, with a high degree of independence and infrequent need for clinical practice supervision.  To do so you will work within the multidisciplinary team to manage, coordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible nutrition and dietetic clinical services in acute, aged care, community and outreach facility settings.
