Benefits of the Role:

  • Above Award Salary; $100,000 - $120,000 + Super (depending on your experience)
  • Low Billable hours; 3-4 Billable hours per day that factors in your leadership responsibilities

Your Role:
As a Team Leader you'll be supporting a small team of passionate, nature loving occupational therapists by providing supervision, clinical advice and training sessions to support their professional development. You will work closely with the director, providing suggestions for quality improvement of the service, and overseeing the planning and execution of school holiday programs. 
In addition to leading the team, you will also be working with a range of Paediatric NDIS and private clientele presenting with sensory processing and neurodiverse conditions.

  • Weekly meetings with your director
  • $1500 Professional Development Budget so you can continue to upskill in the areas that interest you
  • Flexible working conditions; choose your start and finish times and tailor your working hours around your commitments
  • Work a 9 day fortnight
  • WFH options to complete admin tasks

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • 5 Year experience in the industry
  • Paediatric experience & passion for paediatrics
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
