The role:  
Working alongside a team of Talent Acquisition's Partners within our central resourcing function we are seeking an Assistant Partner - Talent Acquisition to support large scale, Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) programs.

You will assist the project teams performing a variety of administration functions to onboard new staff members such as organising interviews / gathering pre-employment checks, submitting onboarding documentation whilst maintaining program / project files and assisting with the compilation of project reporting.

To secure this role you will be a self-motivated individual and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to prioritise to reach deadlines and work well in a team.

You will demonstrate:

  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective Communication skills – verbal and written
  • Excellent Organizational & Time management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a changing work environment
  • Self-motivated individual who works well independently & within a team
  • Ability to learn project management techniques.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn the IM/ICT project life cycle
