The role
The Senior Director, Digital Partnerships, will report to the Executive Director, Delivery Services Branch and will be accountable for effective and efficient ICT support and delivery services across multiple delivery teams state-wide.  Leading a large delivery team of approximately 375 people, and with an annual budget of $80M this role will operate a people centred and outcome focus team, leading and fostering collaboration with a wide range of stakeholder. 

In collaboration with the broader Delivery Services Branch leadership team this role will build the Delivery Services Branch to be Queensland Health's trusted partner and advisor for digital health delivery excellence.  

The successful person
The successful candidate will have In-depth knowledge of ICT governance principles, contemporary management techniques, and the role of ICT support teams in facilitating successful healthcare delivery.

You will also have: 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop implement and evaluation strategic, business, and workforce/operational management strategies to achieve customer service and experience that exceed customer expectations and performance goals.
  • High level experience and knowledge of strategic planning, management, and organisation of human and financial resources in a large complex digital environment.
  • Posses a high level of due diligence assurance activities are applied across the active portfolio whilst providing high level advice to the Deputy Director-General and the Executive Leadership Team in relation to issue management, risks and interdependencies with regards to ICT projects.
