About the role

The Clinical Skills Development Service (CSDS), located at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in Herston, Queensland strives to be a leader in healthcare innovation, research, and simulation. The CSDS acts as a service provider to support the development and standardisation of simulation education and training, as the central hub of a network of over 100 Pocket Centres (in situ simulation and dedicated skills centres) across the state of Queensland. The CSDS have an extensive catalogue of courses including face-to-face, blended and eLearning offerings. The Service also provides space hire for a variety of events and functions and specialised equipment loans for clinical education.

It is the purpose of this role to assist Faculty, Simulation Educators and external parties with the development, design, delivery and evaluation of simulation-based education events offered through the Clinical Skills Development Service based at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Herston or at other locations as required.
