About the Role
This role supports the Quality and Compliance team in internal and external audit activity, quality improvement, corrective and preventive action related to risks, issues, quality losses and non-conformance. 

The Queensland Tissue Bank (QTB) works with cadaveric and non-cadaveric tissue donors of all ages. Roles that do not have direct responsibilities associated with these functions are likely to be exposed to discussions and/or requests to support elements of this work.

• Under the supervision of the Manager, Quality and Compliance produce, improve and maintain quality systems for the QTB. 
• Specifically ensure compliance with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) code of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Biologicals Framework. 
• Assist in the evaluation of business processes by analysing information provided by quality systems processes, especially internal audit and identified opportunities for quality improvement.
• Promote a positive work environment by modelling professional behaviour, promoting teamwork and collaboration with other staff and members of associated organ and tissue banking agencies.
