We are pleased to offer applicants the opportunity to join our NHS Grampian Nursery team as one of our Bank staff.  Successful applicants will work alongside members of the nursery staff team of either Little Acorns Day Nursery or Woodend Nursery to deliver a high standard of childcare within the nursery setting, and as part of the nursery team. 

Applicants should have relevant experience of caring for children aged between 6 months - 5 years or a willingness to develop into the job role.  You should have a keen interest in caring for children and be willing to take forward outdoors play, supporting the children in their daily routine and a willingness to work in a team which will support the children’s overall development.  An appreciation of the relevant documents including Realising the Ambition, the Curriculum for Excellence and Pre-Birth to 3 Documentation, would be of benefit.

Flexibility between the working hours of 7.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m. are required with potential availability to work on a full-time flexi basis.  Candidates must be qualified to the level of a Support Worker or Practitioner, as per the SSSC guidance and dependent upon which job role is being applied for.
