About the Role

The purpose of the role is to provide effective and timely coordination of business support functions enabling business continuity and success, by providing quality assurance in the form of ethical compliance and governance, assisting management's decision-making processes. This role is also required to assist the Nurse Manager, coordinating and managing financial and human resource management and commercial matters relating to contracts and purchasing processes for the Central Clinical Resource Unit (CCRU). 

  • Provide expert advice to the Senior Director Princess Alexandra (PA) Corporate Services, Business Manager PA Corporate Services and Nurse Manager CCRU, maintaining governance for all aspects of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Coordinate and implement redesign initiatives in a clinical environment using project management methodologies to drive improvements in access, finance and service efficiency.
  • Provide administrative HR advice and process delivery, within policy and delegations.
