Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Build relationships with customers, by using strong communication and negotiation skills to understand customer's needs, including in-person and telephone enquiries.
  • Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
  • Proficiently complete functions associated with the wait listing of patients, bookings for appointments, managing appointment cancellations, rescheduling and removals from the waiting list.
  • Develop, maintain, edit and review template and system management for appointment scheduling, sustaining Hospital Based Corporate Information System (HBCIS) and Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) requirements.

Remuneration value up to $94 810 p.a., comprising salary between $74,722 - $83,097 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3).
