Family Medicine Maternity Leave Locum in Nanton starting June or July 2024.

Locum wanted to cover 0.6FTE Alternative Relationship Plan (ARP) at Nanton Community Health Centre starting June or July 2024.  Ideally the locum would be for a one-year period, however, please apply if you are available for a shorter period.  

Schedule/days of work are flexible.  We have excellent support from a full-time LPN, medical office assistants, and the Calgary Rural Primary Care Network.  The Nanton Community Health Centre provides comprehensive outpatient care for the community as well as surrounding areas.  Our physicians also work in our local supportive living facility, Silver Willow Lodge and visits to the facility every 1-2 weeks are part of the practice.  There is no in-patient or ER coverage required.  Our EMR is Connect Care.

New graduates are welcome; this position would be ideal for a new graduate as it provides a competitive guaranteed hourly income under the ARP, as well as support from clinic staff and colleagues.
