The Role

The Role
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based clinical care within the defined scope of practice.
- Foster a culture of continual enhancement by overseeing services and practices, and taking charge of policy and process development.
- Supervise and guide junior medical personnel to achieve the best possible results.
- Ensure smooth patient flow is maintained in a predictable manner.
- Uphold high standards of care in the least restrictive environment possible.
- Follow organizational policies and procedures conscientiously.
