About the role:
- This position reports operationally to the Allied Health Director (Rockhampton, Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan) and professionally to the Executive Director Allied Health.
- Lead the development of Physiotherapy services across CQHHS, through supporting the delivery of evidence-based, patient centred care.
- Operationally manage nominated work unit/s and teams, including allocation of resources and human resource management.
- Apply high level knowledge and skills across a variety of clinical settings to deliver clinical care and provide clinical support to a range of Physiotherapy and multi-disciplinary team members across CQHHS.
About you:
To be successful in this role you must have:
Mandatory qualification/s: Mandatory possession of a Physiotherapy qualification from a registered tertiary institution. Certified copies of the required qualification must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to commencement of duties.
- A registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a current annual practicing certificate is essential.
- Ability to apply highly developed clinical knowledge, skills and expertise to the processes and practices of Physiotherapy client assessment, care-planning, complex case management, clinical decision-making, and workload allocation.
- Demonstrated experience in the operational, financial, human resource and strategic management of an allied health team.
Non-mandatory qualifications/requirements: While not mandatory, a postgraduate qualification in relevant field would be well regarded.

Total remuneration value of up to $167,588 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $70.99 - $74.07 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
