The position offers the opportunity to provide and contribute to clinical health leadership, implement quality improvement initiatives, measure and report outcomes, and lead enhancements in the clinical operations of Neurosurgery.

The Requirements

• Eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia
• Current Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
• Demonstrated recognition as a professional leader
• Demonstrated effective leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
• Completed Health Management and/or Leadership training or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
