The Hospital
This tertiary and level 3 teaching hospital has just under 400 beds and approximately 1,700 staff. It serves a population of 200,000, covering urban communities, regional hospitals, and remote Aboriginal communities. Affiliated with Flinders University, the hospital features an onsite medical school and is ACEM-accredited as a major referral center for two years of advanced emergency training.
The Requirements
- Specialist registration FRACP.
- Candidates who are to attain the fellowship within the next 6 months, and
- International Medical Graduates deemed substantially Comparable with RACP are welcome to apply.
- Doctors from NZ, UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, South Africa, Hong Kong, who have been specialists for at least 1-2 years, are also invited to apply.
