Programmed Care are a leading provider of health care staff in Australia, supporting clients with disability across the Brisbane area.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Disability Support Workers to work with a client based in Logan area of southern Brisbane.

Shifts are available in the mornings and evenings 7 days a week.

Our client predominately requires assistance with:

• Community access support for socialisation and/or appointments
• Personal Care
• Assistance with domestic cleaning tasks

What you need to have:

• Minimum 6 months of recent disability care work experience
• Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support (or similar)
• Current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
• NDIS worker screening
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
• CPR certificate completed within the past 12 months (or willing to complete)

• Patient, kind & engaging
• Have a strong work ethic and outgoing personality
• Be flexible to work across morning and evening shifts
• Confident in using a mobile phone app to manage your roster & client visits
