Central Queensland Hospital and Health Services' Workforce Division contributes to the achievement of all objectives within Destination 2030 Great Care for Central Queenslanders and is specifically responsible for the achievement of the Great People, Great Place to Work objective. Workforce Division delivers a comprehensive range of human resource and health and safety-based services to all staff across CQ Health, affording a safe environment for its consumers and visitors.
The Principal Advisor (Governance and Projects) is responsible for leading and facilitating the coordination and management of complex projects and activities across the division that support provision of quality advice and outcomes for the organisation.
