The role:
As a key member of the team, you will work autonomously to provide end to end support of enterprise applications to ensure defined service levels are met. You will continually update and maintain knowledge of specific applications and business technical requirements in the support of enterprise applications in accordance with Queensland Health policies, standards and practices.
It will be your responsibility to investigate, troubleshoot and test the impacts of changes to any of the components supporting enterprise applications to maintain defined service levels and assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans that link with Departmental and branch outcomes.
