The client does offer a bonus and its disbursed as a 10k commitment bonus paid over 2 years. up to 5k in Relocation.The Must Haves for this role is as follows:-Must be ARRT registered.-Willing to take call duty-Prefer prior hospital experienceIn this role-- You'll perform various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.- You'll report to: the Director of Imaging/Radiology- Review patient history and physician's orders. -Educate patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.-When ordered, you'll prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice. -Monitor patient condition continually and report/respond to changes in status as appropriate.-Prepare equipment and supplies. -Select appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters.-Implement safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. -Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or report equipment malfunctions as necessary.-Implements safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or report equipment malfunctions as necessary.-Position patient and perform imaging procedure(s). -Analyze results and identify issues with the quality of imaging results. -Take appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure.-Enter, transmit and report scan results.-Effectively utilize the Electronic Health Record-Be prepared and be on Call as assigned on a as needed basis-Other duties as assignedQualifications & Minimum Education:-Graduate of accredited school of Radio-logic Technology-ARRT registered in RadiologyCertifications: -Basic Life Support (BLS) is required through American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire.Required Skills:This position requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
